  • Provide, operate, secure, and maintain our accommodation and website.
  • Process payments, manage reservation changes, and coordinate smooth automated check-in flows.

4. Storage, Security & Cross-Border Data

Mibnb takes all reasonable steps to protect your data from misuse, unauthorized access, or disclosure.

  • Your data is stored securely using cloud-based property management tools (including Hostaway).
  • Because we utilize secure international property management software architectures, your data may be securely transferred and stored on servers located outside of Australia. By booking with us, you consent to this cross-border data management under APP 8.

Mibnb follows standard web hosting analytical procedures using log files and cookies.

  • Log Files: These record IP addresses, browser types, Internet Service Providers (ISP), date/time stamps, and referring/exit pages. This data is entirely aggregated and is not linked to any personally identifiable information.
  • Cookies: Cookies are used to optimize your website browsing experience by remembering your preferences and customizing our web page content based on your browser type.
